Yoga

Yoga has the power to transform our bodies, minds, and spirits from the inside out, bringing with it a stillness and ability to cope with daily stresses both physical and mental in a healthier and more balanced manner.

Whether you are a novice or a seasoned yogi, or somewhere in between, a few private or semi-private classes are key to unlocking a deeper and more meaningful practice. You will receive specialized adjustments and cues from your instructor giving you confidence and the knowledge of the feel of proper alignment thus improving your home practice or practice in larger group settings.

To set up a private or semi-private (you and up to 2 friends) lesson click the contact tab or simply text/phone 334-312-0701. If you are interested in small group classes let us know that as well. We will be offering chair, beginner and restorative classes very soon. Possibly sooner if demand warrants such. :)
